Behind the Design
The navy and pacific blue colors nod to the Clippers’ nautical heritage. The “Clips” wordmark across the chest is a custom drawing by LA-based artist and Clippers fan Jonas Wood, paying homage to classic Clippers wordmarks. The jock tag anthem features signature drawings of Jonas' signature basketballs, as well as his iconic plant drawings that overlap the “LA Clippers” wordmark.

How This Was Made
- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
